hello ,
when i click allow to camera and microphone it shows that my camera is working but i cant see the others...when i ask them if they see me they answer me no! sometimes i can see the other person and he can see me! i have searched everywhere and i cant come up with an answer any ideas ?

Most likely update flash player or the last update has screed something up.
Also scan for malware, try with other browser.

i dont have malwares i tried with mozila i.e chrome and opera still the same....i have updated flash player and also i told you that sometimes they see me and i see them...maybe something about connection?
