my rca voyager III was working fine for about four months. then it started turning itself on and off and now the screen has to be turned in many different directions to get the keyboard to work. is there some way to correct this issue?

If it is that new, you should contact the manufacturer as it would still be under warranty.

my rca voyager III model number rct6973w43 was working fine. then it started turning itself on and off. now the screen has to be turned in all directions to get it to type or press okay on any of the screens. this is an internal keybard also
