One hdmi jack but 2 hdmi devices

Tv has two hdmi jacks and I need to hookup cable/DVD/PS3 . Can I run one device through another?

No you can't.
If you need more HDMI inputs you will need an external HDMI input selector. There are some that switch automatically when you turn on the source if that helps.
