Onkyo amp with turntable

Hi, my girlfriend has a record turntable with red and white output cables that I would like to plug into my Onkyo HT-R380.

I have setup 5 speakers and the sub, however the sound only comes from the left and right front speakers.

Is there anyway to force the amp to output the sound via all speakers at the same time?

On PDF page 27 of the manual -- http/www.intl.onkyo.com/downloads/manuals/pdf/ht-s3305_manual_e.pdf There is a listening mode called "All Channel Stereo" If you select that mode all the speakers should be used.
