Online Streaming for Church

I need help finding a website where i can stream our church service for free. We were using vokle until they recently shut down their website. I liked vokle because it was free, it could be viewed by anyone, it had a chat room, and it saved the events to view at a later date. I attempted to use the Facebook Live feature but i couldn't get it to work with the laptop. i am using a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 Web Camera and an HP 2000 windows 8 laptop. Any help or advice is appreciated.

YouTube live is probably the best for this. From what I found it's free, offers chat, and is really good since it's youtube.

However, the laptop your using isn't going to be good enough. You'll need a laptop with AT LEAST an A8-quad core or a Core i3.
