I have an old Toahiba satellite c670 and it was overheating so i tought the fan was dusty and decied to open it op and clean it. After i cleand the lapopt i put everything back together as it was and i tried to power it up and see how it works now.
After i pressed the power button only the light that signals the power is on light up and the disk tray made a sound. So i thought i didnt connect something correctly and opend the laptop again checked the wire wich were all conected and put everything in place. Still only the light light up and the disk tray made a sound.

There you go then, in all probability you've fried a static-sensitive component with your fingers.
A laptop repair guy may be able to pinpoint which component(s) you've killed.
Not possible to pinpoint the problem on a forum, it needs someone to look at it who knows what they're doing.
