Optimal temperature for laptops?

Hello I just wanted to ask what is the optimal heat level?
i7-2670QM
GT540M
DDR3 4GB
500GB HDD

My heat levels while playing DOTA2

95c is hot even for a laptop.i suggest you get the thermal paste repaste and get a cooling pad.also try and use hwmonitor or other temp monitoring program like core temp,real temp etc.speedfan sometimes didnt really have an accurate reading.anything above 90 is not good.
