OS install with no CD ROM

I bought a used Pan. toughbook with no HDD. I have a HDD for it from the other toughbook I broke. I would like to install Win7 on this but it has no optical drive. Is there a workaround other than buying an external cd drive?

Correct...that will make a bootable DVD or USB from the ISO. That's all you need for a complete install.

In the BIOS,(PhoenixBIOS V1.00L13A) I have no option for a USB boot, only CD drive, Hard Disk Drive, Floppy Drive and LAN

You may be out of luck, then. Time to investigate a cheap external DVD
hmm....but since that will be going through USB...

Got the cheap DVD drive, burned the ISO disk per instructions and now I am up and running! Thanks guys! Mark this solved!
