Question OSD app by Clevo appears on taskbar

So I bought a clevo laptop but everytime I press Caps lock or use the fn+... feature, the an app appears on the taskbar and a popup appears too. Now what I want to happen is to keep the popup to appear but I want to get rid of the app from appearing from taskbar. Basically I want to keep it working but I want to hide it from the taskbar. Please help me here
