Outlook 2013 not receiving emails from website's contact form

I'm using Outlook 2013 for my business email. It is sending & receiving emails from other email services like gmail and yahoo also. But when someone sends an email via my website's Contact form Outlook 2013 is not receiving any email. I tried using my another email account which is not on outlook,there it has received the email from website's contact form, but when I tried using my business email account for which i.m using Outlook 2013,it is not receiving emails only from Website's Contact form.

Please Help me out.

Your "website contact form" - can you verify that the email really arrives at target' SMTP server? It seems that the problem is with the sending, not receiving...

Problem is with receiving actually.because when I tried using my gmail account,it receives the email sent from my website's contact form.So I feel there is some problem with outlook 2013 at the receiver end,but I'm not getting What is the problem
