Outlook displaying Categories

For some reason out look has started categorizing my emails.... and its showing the subjects and grouping things.. how do I make it go away:

The "some reason" was that you changed the view accidentaly.

Thanks for the "condescenion"
It was actually done by me rolling back from 2010, to 2007.
So it wasn't a user input.
I check things before I seek Help..
