P745-S4320 Upgrading wifi chip

I have a Toshiba P745-S4320. It currently has a Intel Centrino 6250 wifi adapter in it. I would like to upgrade to a dual band. I would also like to go to an AC/b/g/n adapter as the rest of my network supports it. How do I find out if my laptop has its bios whitelisted? The official toshiba forums don't have much info that I could find.

In my google search seems some people have had luck getting AC adapters to work but most had issues for whatever reason.

Yes I know what I'm looking for. I should be more clear. I'm just wondering what will work in my application, I'm gonna stay intel. I was looking at this one http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833106165#

I know the antenna's in the laptop need to be able to support 5ghz. but do they also need to do AC or can any antenna do that?

Also I'm worried about the bios being white-listed and only allowing certain parts.. I don't know how to find that out or not.
