does it have 2 or 4 places for RAM?
I can see only 2 but on the internet are informations that it have 4

Typically under the keyboard on the other side of the motherboard. I have a Dell that has the same sort of configuration.

I have opened my laptop but only from the battery side.
Does somebody know a program to analyse the exact RAM details?
I have 8GB and would like to add 2x4GB more to work also in Dual Channel

You can use CPU-Z to get the details of your existing memory. For best results, all memory with be the same make/model/specs/revisions, etc. Mixing memory can produce undesirable results.

unfortunately cpu-z do not show me my memory
I have no idea how to open the keyboard to clean and see the two other slots :-(

and will buy 2 more
