Packard Bell extremely slow

I bought a Packard Bell laptop online awhile ago. I was promised the computer worked fine, no problems. Windows 7 is installed ( authentic? i don't know) I immediately noticed that the Packard is extremely slow, so slow that i often get the " Google(for example) doesn't respond right now, close ...? It doesn't help to delete all web-cach. It sometimes takes over 1 min to open my hotmail! Please, is there anyone out there who can help me, i don't know what to do!

whats the model# from the sticker on the bottom
also run something like speccy to get a list of components in case the processor was swapped out for a cheaper /slower one
