Panasonic th-p50x30m repair problem

hi there specialists

i need help on this Panasonic plasma tv

there is no led on when pressing the start button.i started to check the power supply board and found that there is no stb 5 v at pin 6

i cant figure out way .any idea of someone that repair this power supply or similar ??

the power supply is MPF6908.

i like to try to fix the problem first .im an electronic technician .but i still need some advice regarding this problem.
