Panasonic TX-47P800H stuck on standby

Hello, I have a Panasonic tv that won't turn on. When I press the power button on the front, the red standby light turns on, and i can't get it to switch on fully. I have tried:
-replacing the remote batteries
-cleaning and re-soldering inside the remote
-Using the channel button shortcut on the tv itself
-re-soldering the IR sensor in the tv
-unplugging and re-plugging cables inside the tv to make sure they aren't loose and
-cleaning dust from the inside of the tv

Is there anything I haven't tried that could work? Any help would be appreciated.

The standby light just indicates that your TV is plugged into the wall outlet. Very common issue is power supply. If can be repaired or a new board can be installed. These guys are very good with parts
