Password reset Windows 8

Hi I got Toshiba Satellite L850D-12P laptop but I don't know the password.I already tried installing windows password recovery tool into USB and CD but nothing happens as laptop boots.Just Toshiba logo shows up and then user screen where I have to enter password.I can't access BIOS too(F12,ESC,C, none work).What to do?I'm dealing with Windows 8.

We can't help with bypassing security, as we have no way to verify that it's not stolen property.

Conteact the manufacturer or those who sold it to you. If they can't unlock it, you might want to report them to the police.
