Solved! pc crashed after getting hit by pc chair and now doesnt recognize headset. how to fix both

my pc crashes when i accidentally hit it with my computer chair while gaming (not always) this time after it crashed i restarted pc and now it doesnt recognize my headset it had been recognizing before the crash it says "No speakers or headphones are plugged in. so i pretty much have 2 problems: 1) why does it crash when i accidentally hit it with the computer chair and 2. how to fix the audio. thanks beforehand!

First, make sure that ALL wired connections are FULLY connected and locked in position.

Your chair (or its wheel) could have broken audio or USB jack on your computer. Try your headset on another working computer to know for sure where's the problem.
