Question PC GPU (RTX 3090) to Bose Soundbar 900 via HDMI

I currently have a RTX 3090 Graphic Card in my PC which supports audio over HDMI. I do NOT use a TV for a display and im currently using the Display Port for my video which is working. Now I have a Bose Soundbar 900 which I would like to use via HDMI. I've gotten it to work with optical however with HDMI it appears windows/nvidia does not detect the HDMI plugged from the GPU to the Soundbar. Now I have done some research and saw something that said it wouldn't work because the soundbar only had an eARC where the GPU is putting out HDMI ARC. I was also wondering if using a HDMI audio extractor such as (https://www.amazon.com/Extractor-avedio-links-HDMI2-0b-Selector/dp/B08DY748CG?th=1) might work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update. I was able to get it working by using the HD Fury Arcana. I am only using the audio portion of the Arcana however it fixed the problem. As such I now have Dolby Atmos for my PC
