PC Jack Connector Retasking

Recently my rear speaker out jack (green) stopped working after I broke a plug inside it. My PC case doesn't have a front panel to plug my speakers in it so I can't use my speakers.

Is there any possible way to use any other rear port as a speaker out port?

I have the latest Realtek HD Driver, 6 rear ports, ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB-3 motherboard

Some Motherboards have a header where you can attach a front panel to it. The fact that your case doesn't have a front hole shouldn't stop you. It is a mechanical thing.

You don't know any of that, not a DIY'er, buy an el-cheapo sound card.
