PC settings not opening and unable to reset Windows 10

Windows 10 recently affected by virus/malware .

Now unable to open PC settings , default programs , stores and some apps .


I wanted to reset my PC , but unable to access settings .


Can anybody help me fix this .

I tried troubleshooting, malware bytes in safe mode , SFC , dism - no source ..etc

ON the desktop
select start
open power button (where you turn pc off)
hold shift and click restart

this loads advanced start up
on this menu should be reset this pc (if not, its hiding in troubleshooting)

In troubleshooting I find advanced option only

May be I'll find if plugin reset USB

you are on the right track. choose advanced options from the boot screen you saw.
then you will see the troubleshooting options.
don't give up, keep clicking through until you see the option you want.
