PC Sound cuts out complete (cannot access your sound driver)

I'm having a problem where my PC's sound completely cuts out and says ' you do not have any sound connected to this pc' It does it to everything including skype, there is no sound whats so ever after a few moments it kicks back in. Any help appreciated Spec's are

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo, Black Edition)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W
Hard Drive: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

The cause in most cases, not that it might be in yours.
But you can check shootex.

Is when you have a battle for sound control and sound resources.
It can be down to that you have installed, or are running any second or third party.
Sound software on your system, that was installed as part of the driver install set of the motherboard Dvd support disk you installed.

And windows sound manager of windows 10.
So locate any such software that controls sound or source switching through a software app to do with sound of your motherboard.
