PC Temp and Fan Speed Transmitted to Phone App?

Is there a phone app with associated pc software that can show a PC's cpu temp, mobo temp, and fan speeds?

i do only know about AMD Link, i dont think there is same thing on intel or nvidia.

Logitech can. Software installed on PC, APP installed on your phone.

MSI Afterburner does also. (needs separate piece of software installed besides regular Afterburner)

Just make sure phone is connected to your home wi-fi network for it to "see" your PC.
