PC to amplifier match?

I want to run the sound output from a desktop into a Marantz amplifier. I'm thinking I need a matching transformer but don't know what to look for, if so. Any help appreciated.

Sound output gives "line" level signal. I bet your amp' has inputs designed for "line" level as well, so I don't see reason for any "adapter" (unless you want to electrically isolate them).
