My pc windows 10 won't recognise that an ethernet cable is plugged in and dies not recognise that it has a WiFi device.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and then rebooting. When I look under wireless devices it only shows Bluetooth.

Both were working fine earlier today it's just stopped working. others are use the networks here without and problems. Any ideas on what I can try?

Hi,

First if your laptop has a wireless switch (fn+function key) try toggling it and see if it will enable the wireless network of your laptop. If it will not work do run System Restore first.

Here's how: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options

If System Restore will still not work last option would be to reinstall Windows 10. Please use the link above on how to do a Factory Reset with Windows 10.
