Pcg-61313L Sony Vaio Power Problem

Hello,
My pcg-61313L Sony will not power on at all. I replaced the dc jack and still no power when i plug in the ad adapter. I have tried different adapters as well. What could be the problem?

I have also checked the connections to the mobo and everything is in tact and soldered in good shape.
