After sucessfuly installed 20 out of 25 driver files from SONY web site, the laptop (PCG-NVR23 has WinXP Home Edition SP3 with 50% free of 20Gb HD) just turn off and never boot up again. There were no power outtage at all when it happened. Power light still on/green and fan still running, just nothing on the screen. It was in the middle of installing "BIOS-R0104x0" file when this happened. Tried all F keys and combinations of Fn+ALT+CNTL+others but nothing. No errors or beeping sound at all. Green power light still on, fan running whenever get hot. Battery charging and hold. Put in the WinXP's revovery CD, the CD spinned, but nothing appear on the screen. Where can I get a Technical diagram(s) for this laptop? Please help.

The file you installed was a BIOS update. If that went wrong you may need to get help from Sony, possibly a repair job.
