ROKU cable boxes for Charter Comm in Cheyenne. My cable boxes are Pace RNG110 boxes. I believe that's why it can't find anything on my myquest WiFi network. any ideas

Solution
Failing on the Samsung S3. As I understand the specs the S3 does not have the IR blaster.

However, if that is incorrect with respect to your particular phone then the issue may be the control codes involved.

Do you have the IR code for the Pace RNG110? I found 01982, IR is 38KHz. However Charter Comm may be using some other values for its cable box version.

Did you try the IR extender on the Pace RNG110? Saw that as a possible fix on one website.

More information is needed please.

I believe that you are attempting to establish a wireless connection between your cable box and television. Is that correct?

If so, you need something more like the Actiontec product in the following link:

I have the Actiontec box for the WiFi and a Pace RNG 110 cable box from Charter Comm hard wired, and a HDMI cable to the TV / DVD recorder. All that works fine, I'm trying to control the cable box with my android phone which I was able to do with my Samsung S5 mini with a Peel remote control ap, I went back to the Samsung S3 mini and it tell me their aren't any devices on the myquest WiFi system.
