Pendo Pad 7

When i turn my pendo pad 7 on it does the usual (shows the android banner then the pendo pad banner) but will not go past that. It hangs at the pendo pad banner for 10 or so minutes then automatically reboots it self and does this same thing. It does this until it goes flat. If anyone can help or has an idea on how to fix this, it would be much appreciated.

First try a factory reset, that will wipe it and set it up like it was new. It may not help. Next step would be to locate a stock ROM for the system online and flash that using a computer. If that does not help, it's likely a hardware issue.
