Solved! People can hear my internal sounds through Discord.

Whenever I'm calling with my friends in a Discord channel, the internal sounds of my computer (YouTube sounds, SoundCloud sounds, etc) are transmitted. So, they can hear what I hear, even though I'm using an earbud headset.

I have tried other solutions which include right-clicking the speaker icon on the taskbar and disabling or lowering a bunch of settings.

I am using an ASUS A456UR with Windows 10. It is brand new, right out of the box and I have not tried other calling media.

I'm not that educated in computers, so please bear with me ._.

I don't want to activate push-to-talk... it gets quite annoying sometimes

This is what worked for me!

Step 1: Go to Control Panel.
Step 2: Hardware and Sound.
Step 3: Click Sound.
Step 4: Click Recording tab.
Step 5: Right click Microphone and select properties.
Step 6: Click VoizReal Exp tab.
Step 7: Make sure Acoustic Echo Cancellation is selected.
Step 8: Click apply.

Do the same thing as dmavs13 said but right click your microphone properties ? advanced > turn on Acoustic Echo Cancellation

Click Sound
Click the "Recording" Tab
Right Click your microphone
Select Properties
Click on the "Advanced" tab
Look under the "Exclusive Mode" Section, here you want to ensure the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" is disabled, then click "Apply". This should stop others from hearing internal sounds through discord.

My friends can still hear my internal sounds...
