Philips HTL2163b Soundbar preserve audio settings.

Everytime I power off and power on, my sound bar goes to factory default and I am forced to set it as per my liking. How do I preserve/save the settings permanently.

Manual changes to sound settings should be saved automatically from what I can gather reading the manual.

Reversion to factory settings should only occur when Volume -, BASS -, and TREBLE are pressed in sequence within three seconds.

You may want to try updating the unit's software (page 11 of the manual).
