Phone audio jack to PC jack

OK, I REALLY need a mic and I'm broke and can't afford a mic. I want to use the standard Apple headphones and convert it to: 1 PC headphone jack, 1 PC speaker jack.
Is this possible? If so, what wiring do I need to do.

Can't afford it. I have all the materials I need. ALL OF THEM

Something along these lines. Two wires and ground go to headphones jack, one wire and ground to to mike jack.
