Phone Call - Output and Input

Hi All, Wonder if anyone can help...

I'm running a game show as part of an event, and want to do something similar to 'Phone a Friend' from 'Who want's to be a millionaire'

When I make a phone call, I want the caller to be amplified through my PA via a headphone jack... but I need them to hear me via a wireless/bluetooth headset or similar (i'll be on stage).

Does anybody know a way that I can achieve this? Either with a landline phone, mobile or computer!

I've tried just plugging my iPhone in - and when I do this, I can hear the other end fine through the PA - but it disables the microphone.

Appreciate any suggestions!
