phone dead or alive?

i am using lava iris x8q.my phone suddenly turned off and now it is not responding and switched off.none of the keys are working.tried all type of soft reboot and hard reboot nothng works.the battery is fixed.if anyone knows how to fix pls help me.

If you tried a new battery (after charging it for a at least a few hours), did you try a new charger? Holding in the power button for about 15 seconds? Contact the vendor or carrier you got the phone from?
