phone will not power on and my battery is not dead

um i hold the power button plus the 2 volume buttons my red light came on but my phone still will not power on what do i do?

HI Shakya16,

Is your phone's battery removable? If yes you can try this and let me know if it works.

Remove your battery from your phone for 10 seconds. Connect your charger to the phone without the battery then when your charger is connected, put your battery and turn your phone on.
