Photo recognition software

Hi,
I am looking for software that can recognize photos that are the same, but have different names. I will need this to remove dublicate photos on a drive.
Does anyone know of any free programs that can do this?

but if you need more customized you have to find by you own eyes( most of picture manager have thumbnail view , through which you can view around 25-50 pics on your screen
