Pioneer SX-590 loud humming / buzzing

Hi, i have a Pioneer SX-590 that powers up but just makes a loud hum/buz on the speakers. None of the controls make a difference. I can get no other audio at all. I am not a technician but i would like to know if someone can point me in the right direction as i can use a soldering iron lol

On a vintage receiver it may need quite of bit of work. Capacitors age with time and there are quite a few that would require replacement.

Thank you. I will read through those. It's actually an SX-590 and not a 626 .Although i also have a 626 with one channel down
