Solved! Pixilating hdtv 1080i

my phillips flat screen is lcd 1080i is pixilating around people, why?
i have hd directiv and a 13.2 monster cable.

Try setting your noise reduction to Off and set your sharpness to factory. Quite often the software in the tv has exactly the opposite effect it advertises.

Also, check the receiver to make sure it's toggled into 1080i+Original and try resetting it with the red key on the front. A good software reboot never hurt those critters either.
