Solution
1. LED lit projectors are very limited in brightness so you cannot get one with anywhere near the brightness you need. That means there will be a lamp with a life of about 2000 hours.
2. You will probably be fine with 1000 to 1200 ansi lumens. More lumens is brighter but very often will not product good black levels (blacks will look grey). 3D needs more brightness as the glasses reduce then net amount of light your eyes see.
3. Native resolution should be 1920 x 1080 for high definition (supporting will downconvert to the native resolution and not give you the same result).
4. All home theater projectors have 16:9 aspect ratio panels. When you play a 4:3 there will be bars on the sides. Many movies are wider than 16:9 so you...

5. Most manufacturers do not measure contrast ratio in a standard way so the number as given on the spec sheet is useless. Some give specs of 200,000 to 1.
After all this tech stuff it would help to know what kind of budget you have. Epson makes some excellent home theater projectors the best of which is the ProCinema 6020UB.

The specifications for the 3 projectors you link to are pretty much useless. None of the 3 will produce a high def source in hd. I would try to find one that has a native resolution of at least 1280x720. Don't worry about the other stuff. I would also choose the one with the best chance of actually getting it fixed if it breaks.
