PlantTronics Headphones Problem

Hi guys,i just buyed PlantTronics headphones,they look like this:

They are very good,hd audio and stereo,i payed 36 euro's for them,isn't looking good but i'm fine with them.
My problem is...why if i'm too near on the microphone or i hit them i hear at my headphones all the sounds?I totally don't hear myself when i'm speak on skype..what should i do?
It's happens only i'm too near...

I want an answer,fast 😀

Adjust the Mic Sensitivity.

How can i do this?

Start>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Click on Recording and then your Mic

Or follow one of these because with Windows there is always a 2nd or 3rd way to do solve the same issue.
