Question Please help, black lines across my laptop and pinkish color

Hello Guys! I really need your help :")

There are few problems with my ASUS UX330 display.:

1. Every time I just turn on my laptop, it will have pink color around the edges of the display. But strangely the pink color will be gone after about 5-10 minutes
2. There are few black lines across the display.

Please look at pictures below to see the problems.

If I am not mistaken, this problem (the pinkish/greenish color) somehow started when I spilled a little bit of soup on my laptop display few weeks ago . The black lines appeared just few days ago.

What cause this? Water damage? Or is the display is falling? Driver? Can it be repaired?

Will the display be totally broken/ unusable if I keep using it as usual?

Your display assembly might have to be replaced; are you close to a computer store / repair that can give you an estimate for part and labor?

Hi Thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately there is no computer store / repair nearby :"), and replacing the display will cost a lot here in my area. (like half the value of my laptop)

Do you have any ideas what may cause my problems?

The cause would be damage to the display. There is no way to fix that without replacing the display.

If you feel comfortable doing the work yourself, you should be able to order the part online.
