Please HELP! Charger plugged in laptop, but not charging

So this problem started some time ago, my laptop is not charging when the charger is plugged in, but it works when the A/C adapter (Charger) is plugged in. If I remove it, it will lose percentage or it shuts down usually because it's always at 4%!! It doesn't charge to 100% it stays stuck on 4% Please help! Here's a snapshot of what it shows when I click on the battery icon thing on the task bar. http://prntscr.com/ahmh24

If it is working with AC adapter but not other charger, this would indicate that you have a faulty charger.

Hi, what is the make and complete model of your laptop? Try this, go in the Device Manager under Batteries, uninstall the drivers there, and restart the laptop.

Alienware m14x r3 or r4, and the device manager thing didn't work :L

Maybe it's time to change the battery.
