I have had a pair of iFROGZ ear buds for a few week now, for someone reason, now when I touch the left ear bud on the circle part were the speaker is, the audio cuts out. When I touch it the results vary, sometimes the audio cuts out completely, sometimes it only goes out a little, and touching it when the audio is damaged makes it return to normal, anyway I can fix this?

Un-pair then Re-pair the headphones, but that is only a short solution. Talk to the person who sold you the item or a technician.
