Please help me, Audio Problem, none of my audio producing devices are connected and I cant fix it.

When I troubleshoot the problem, it says this

I have tried everything, looking up device manager, reconnecting the usb cables, ect.
This all started happening when I tried to put a usb cable into a usb port at the back of the PC.

Probably the wrong forum (windows 10 or components?) and without any detailed info e.g. what windows version, what your system specs are, what specific device make / models you are trying to connect aside from the yeti, it appears your usb hub may have been damaged by a bad cable and is no longer working.

Confirm by connecting the devices to another PC or laptop and see if they work or not (probably will, good to be sure). One thing you can try is trying another usb port (rear panel or front panel on the case, or vise-versa) possible only one is damaged and the other is working. Another thing you can try is removing the USB root hub in the device manager and let windows re-detect and download the driver and see if that fixes it. Only other resolve would be to get a new USB hub on a PCI or PCI-E card.

Even the nvida says its not connected but its working fine? I don't think its the PCI-E card because all other usb ports work as I'm using my mouse, ect.

OS - Windows 10, Specs - i7 7700k, 16 GB RAM and 1070 gtx, - Im trying to figure out why all my sound related devices/components seem to not be connected to anything. This all happened when I decided to put a usb cable to the rear side of pc usb slots.
Ive done reconnecting all usbs, they all work so its definitely not the pci-e card, either is the HDMI cable because I tried 3 different cables. I checked the insides to see if anything was disconnected and nothing was. I also tried removing the drivers and reinstalling them.

I found out the issue, its the realtek speakers not being able to be enabled. Its greyed out when trying to roll back and therefore, i cant fix it
- My realtek driver isnt picking up sounds.

Sounds like it could be yet another driver issue with the forced Win10 1709 update - Since removing / reinstalling the drivers does not help, I would backup your important data then try a Windows 10 "refresh" which will just about do a fresh install onto itself and should give you a working windows 10 again. It is actually pretty common for the on-board sound drivers to a problem with the 1709 update unfortunately.

If you wanted to give your system a sanity check, you can test with linux just to see if your sound card is working - grab Ubuntu 17.10.1 ISO, put in on a USB then run it in live mode and you should be able to get sound from the headset. You can also test recording from the mic with AudioCapture.

I fixed the solution - The problem was my pc wasnt connecting any sound softwares and as a result, removing sound completely. I found out that it was because of a faulty operating system and I had to reset my os. I couldnt reset my os the usual way so i had to use my pc as a recovery background.
People who having the same problem, this is the video I used and it did work. I think you guys should try it as well.
