Please HELP me choose between these two laptops. ( AMD A-8 or Intel i5)

First Laptop :
4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4210U processor
Intel® HD Graphics 4400
4 GB RAM
1.7GHz (with Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz)

Second Laptop:
AMD Quad-Core A8-6410 Processor
AMD Radeon HD 8210 graphics
8 GB RAM
2.0GHz (with Turbo CORE up to 2.4GHz)


Both are the same price. I just need something for playing online flash games or any other light game, watching youtube videos, doing schoolwork, and I also edit some videos in sony vegas pro.
But if I had to pick one thing I'd rather the laptop be more efficeint in editing/rendering videos.

The i5-4210u is a much more powerful CPU even though it only has 2 physical cores and 2 logical (not real) cores. The Intel HD 4400 is also more powerful than Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core.

The one advantage the 2nd laptop has is the 8GB of RAM. However, it is pretty easy and inexpensive to install another 4GB of RAM by yourself at a later date. It costs about $40 - $45 for a 4GB stick of RAM. You will not be able to upgrade the processor in those laptops.
