Please Help me to fix my Laptop!

Hello! Every games i installed in my laptop and i play it. DAMN! its so much lag! i dont know if lag or stutering problem. Every few seconds its stutering my game. These are the games i installed in my laptop, GTAIV 1.0.7.0 , CSGO, NBA2K14. My system is Windows 10 64bit. My graphics are NVIDIA GEFORCE 710M, INTEL CORE i5 1.80GHZ. My laptop is ASUS asphire 5. I update all my drivers but still my gaming display is so full of crap! I turn on to Maximum performance, High Performance Battery, Turn off animation in control panel... etc. but still like a shit! Please Help me comment below if you experience my problem.

Your laptop is not a gaming laptop. It has a weak processor and GPU. If you want to play modern games, you will need to reduce your game settings and resolution to minimum settings, and even then many just won't have playable frame rates.

i reduce my resolution and graphics settings. Everytime i playing my games. every seconds my game display is also stuttering. my videocard and processor are working correctly. Before when my laptop is new. i played games smoothly especially GTAIV. but since i formatted my laptop my games are so lagging or stuttering. Any idea to fix my problem.
