i want to order laptop but my budget is low about $200 so i want to order refurbished laptop
i find a few laptop in this range price but don't know which one is better

for example below list

lenovo t430
lenovo x230
dell e7250
and your advice model please?

i want fast laptop some time i want to edit small video clip or photo with adobe software
please tell me which one is better
and is there better laptop ? if yes please show it

Lenovo > Dell

You have several form factors there, t430 is a larger 14.1" sceen, the X models are 12.1. Either of those are fine, just replace the drive with a solid state.

For your budget you won't get a very fast laptop for video editing, those are all several generations old, but for the price will be probably as fast as you can get.
