But my question is, why does it happens? I asked to the service guy he said "the battery capacity is to take 300 full charge. Mine was showing 301. so i have to replace my battery" . But i cant believed that. So please kindly help me.(battery model- HP K104)

Solution
Batteries go. They don't last forever. Over time they cannot hold as much of a charge, and finally they won't hold any charge. It happens to all batteries after a while.
There is no exact explanation. I can tell you many reasons one would go. Over use, battery had a flaw, bad part in laptop. It being not charged often enough. the list goes on and on. Sometimes they last years, other times, months. This is why warranties on batteries are usually way less than other parts.
