Poor VoIP for international calls!!

I'm pissed off! I always have bad connections calling my family abroad. Any recommendations aside from Skype and Viber?

i used to work for an ISP debugging international voip call qos. you should definitely call them, they can switch providers on the other end until they find one that works well.

I called my ISP about my problem last week. They said they will fix it asap, but still the same.I'm wasting my money paying 29.99/month this is starting to really get on my nerves. Any other suggestions?

He's right. You should try some out. As far as the connection issue, it probably is due to your internet. Have you tried wifi? DSL reports is a great site to look at for VoIP related products.
