Power down issue

Hi i have a problem with my packard bell easynote ls 11hr it is working normally until fan speed goes really fast and then its shutting off its not a temperature problem hwmonitor shows 30-40 degrees on each core and chipset please help i dont have a GPU sensor becouse its on one cooling system

30-40C on each core, but what about the rest of the CPU? What about the chipset?

As stated in a PM (ugh), the laptop does not stay running long enough to actually download and install AIDA64.

This sounds like you need to get in touch with Packard Bell.

All right so i cant download aida in this state power downs are almost instant

I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer at this point.

Already done it as a solution they send me a service manual and said that possibly its a mb issue so i can order a new one

Is it under warranty?

I don't have your solution, I'm more of a desktop guy. I can help diagnose your issue, but only if you can get AIDA64 to run its tests. Obviously, that's not going to happen.
